- OFFICE HOURS - M-F, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
- TREE SALE: Our 2025 tree and shrub sale is open! Please call our office if you have any questions or orders you would like to place for 2025. Wood Chips available for tree plantings. No loading of own woodchips. Please call office to get on our list.
- Campgrounds - We do not take reservations for our camping sites. Payment and registration must be completed within one (1) hour of occupying site. Tent or camper camping is $20 p/night once you occupy your site. May not occupy campsite longer than 14 days out of any 28 day period.
- We will begin closing our campgrounds down for the season on Monday, October 21st:
- Meredith Park (Plover Pit) and Cooper's Cove are closed for the season.
- Lizard Lake
- Bathrooms, water and dump station closed on October 21.
- Electric only camping is available until November 29 (weather pending).
- Little Clear Lake
- Bathrooms and dump station closed on October 21.
- Camping will be available until November 29 (weather pending). Water in campgrounds will be shut off on Friday, November 15.
- Fireworks are NOT allowed in our parks or campgrounds! Thank You.
- Meredith Park Cabin - The cabin at Meredith Park is closed for the foreseeable future due to flood damage.

About Pocahontas County Conservation
Pocahontas County Conversation’s primary goal is to provide a balanced conservation, recreation, and education program to the citizens of Pocahontas County. We are public servants and are entrusted with the mission of “conserving our natural heritage for those who follow.”
Conservation Board:
The Board consists of a five member volunteer decision and policy-making body appointed by the County Board of Supervisors. Board meetings are open to the public and usually take place on the second Wednesday of the month at 7pm at the PCCB Conservation Education Center (main office).
