The Pocahontas County Treasurer’s Office is seeking qualified applicants for a full time Motor Vehicle Clerk position.

The Motor Vehicle Clerk position will assist the public in all types of motor vehicle transactions, including but not limited to, vehicle renewals, title transfers, daily balancing, and reconciliation, in addition to collection of property taxes, and driver’s license transactions.

Successful candidates must have a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, detail oriented, able to multitask, and the ability to operate computers and related software.  Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Starting wage is commensurate with experience, Pocahontas County has an attractive benefit package.
