Successful applicants will have truck driving/heavy equipment experience/road and entrance construction and tile troubleshooting and repair experience.as well as the ability to perform manual labor and work independently when needed. Position will include various duties on the dirt and tile crew, as well as frequent location and job changes based on the needs of the Secondary Roads Department. The position also includes rock hauling, road grader operation and other road maintenance duties. Reports to the Maintenance Superintendent. CDL required within 6 weeks of hire. Employees are subject to federally-mandated random and required drug/alcohol testing, including a pre-employment drug/alcohol test. Must live in a location allowing reporting to work within 1 hour of call in during inclement weather. Exceptional benefit package.
